Advanced Hospitality LLC owns and operates short-term vacation rentals, including Good Vibes in Scottsdale, Arizona and Camp Kimberly in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Guests book our homes through Airbnb, Vrbo and our property management platform.
SMS TERMS
Program. Advanced Hospitality LLC sends text messages to our guests, cleaners, maintenance vendors and service providers about stays and property operations. Messages include booking and check-in details, access and arrival information, cleaning and turnover scheduling, maintenance coordination and replies to questions. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in. Guests opt in by giving their mobile number when they book and asking us to text them about their stay. Cleaners, vendors and service providers opt in by giving us their mobile number and agreeing, in writing or by text, to receive work-related messages from Advanced Hospitality. We never buy or rent phone numbers.
Message frequency varies with your stay or the work being scheduled.
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To start again, reply START.

What we collect
We collect the information you give us or that our booking platforms share with us to host your stay or work with you: your name, email address, mobile number, stay dates and messages you send us.
How we use it
We use this information only to manage reservations, give access and arrival details, answer questions, schedule cleaning and maintenance, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers who deliver our text messages on our behalf.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the booking platforms and service providers that help us run our rentals, such as our messaging and reservation software, and when the law requires it.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Your choices
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. To ask about, correct or delete your information, email craig@adv-hospitality.com.
